CARDIOMOOD FAQ'S
The CardioMood armband is a revolutionary biometric wearable. Multiple clinical trials validated our metrics. Unlike our competitors, you can export raw data. Our algorithms and Philips AI provide deep insights into sleep (REM, light, and deep). We show your HRV, Readiness, and more. Our battery lasts up to a week. Our HIPAA-compliant health cloud secures your data. Worldwide, doctors, coaches, and athletes trust us.
The Cardiomood monitors sleep (light, deep, REM, performance, tranquility, consistency), HRV, readiness, heart rate, respiration rate, temperature changes and steps.
Quality: Our device is manufactured in Geneva, Switzerland by an international team with over 30 years of experience in the Swiss luxury watch industry. We don’t outsource anything and own the entire manufacturing process.
Your data is safe with us, protected by GDPR and stored on HIPAA-compliant servers. Your data cannot be shared or used for anything you do not actively consent to due to our strict regulations.
Validity: All of our metrics have been validated in third-party trials and published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, including heart rate, sleep, respiratory rate, and activity. We cannot afford inaccuracies in our measurement methods because health professionals and scientists rely on them for their patients’ and clinical trial outcomes.
The CardioMood device is water and dust resistant to IP66 standards. This means it can withstand dust and water projected from any direction in powerful jets. We do not recommend swimming with your CardioMood because it is not resistant to the various chemicals used to clean the water in a swimming pool. The same is true for the ocean. Because seawater is high in salt, we strongly advise against it.
Due to recent customer feedback, CardioMood is now a single purchase model.

- Your smartband should be worn around your wrist and fastened with the clasp. Ensure that your band is not too tight. Wear the band loosely enough that it can slide back and forth on your wrist. The back of your device should be in contact with your skin for continuous measurements.
- Consider sliding the band up your wrist (2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone) during exercise to get more accurate measurements. Make it snug but not overly tight. Lower and loosen the smartband after exercise.
- Take your device off on a regular basis to allow your skin to breathe. If your band causes you any discomfort or irritation, clean it with a soap-free cleanser.
- Check that the wrist setting in the CardioMood app corresponds to the wrist on which you wear your device.
